101 in 1001

The Week between Christmas and New Years

I love the organizing and productive energy that comes in January. I’m always inspired to tackle a big project and plan out the new year.

This year, I accomplished a few of my 101 in 1001 during the week between Christmas and New Years.

I updated the hardware in our kitchen. It may seem silly, but going from gold knobs to silver knobs made a huge difference! ( I ordered these from Amazon! )

I did something three years overdue…I finally ordered our wedding album! It has not been delivered yet, but I will post pictures on my Instagram when I get it in! (@dac_balance_llc)
I ordered my album from Artifact Uprising and I have been thrilled with their quality in the past. I can’t wait to get my hands on it next week!

If you are having a hard time getting organized or staying productive, let me encourage you that it can be done! One of my favorite podcasts, Organize 365, has an episode this week about taking the next step. I loved her story of the success she’s had in her business this year, and I can’t wait to take the next step in my business in 2018!

Bonus: I almost forgot! I checked another one off my 101 in 1001 list: Try Seafood Again. A week before Christmas, my husband, in-laws and I went to Jackson’s Steakhouse in Downtown Pensacola. The food was phenomenal and for an appetizer we ordered a lobster tail. It didn’t have a fishy smell that I hate or a weird texture. Needless to say, it was so delicious. I would definitely order it again 🙂
